Toad Alarm

I replaced some bulbs behind my dash and put it back together and now I cant turn off the immobiliser,all the electrics like the windows,speedo and stereo wont come on but the lights and engine will start
Please help!!

May sound stupid but have you checked the fuses, you may have popped some when messing with the dash?
