How about a monitoring system that connects to your alarm and can track the vehicle by mobile phone cells or GPS and calls you on your phone (up to 5 numbers) when the alarm is triggered and allows you to listen in or verbally abuse the chavs. It has outputs so you could remotely sound the horn or cut the fuel or electrify the steering wheel.

Heard of this one but a simple cell phone jammer neuters it unfortunatly. One of the no-no's of using GSM technology in alarm systems.
