Could ya explain the inter cooler in the bumper bit?

Also is that power figure at the wheels or fly?

No intercooler in the bumper.. thats those making mistakes! thats an oil cooler, the intercooler is in the regular place. i have however seen an i/c mounted in the rear bumper.. which i suppose may work well if ducting is run to it.
