You should find contact details in his profile. It's a great bit of kit, and the associated Android app seems to receive regular updates.

I've tried but not much joy.. yet...
I'll add my name to the list

Hi Does this work with an iPhone or only Android?
If I can use it with my iPhone, I'll quite happily put my name down!
Cheers, Michael.

Re: Leftovers - Android OBD1 Group Buy
Hi is for Android
as per post on previous page by the man himself:-
I did not had much time for the next gen device development. other important projects have taken most of my time in the last months. at least I got to build enough OBD1READ device to match the demand for the summer.
So what you can do with OBD1READ + TOYOBD1:
It allows display and recording of sensor data on an android device through a bluetooth connection.
basic use goes as follows. the OBD1READ device is always plugued to the car. you come in with your phone. place the phone on a bracket on the dashboard, start the car, start the TOYOBD1 app which connects automatically to the OBD1READ. then you have additional info from the car ECU , that info is not available otherwise. when you shut it down you close the app and take back your phone.
another intended use is with a permanent tablet install, CARPUTER mode . with that one you simply start the car and the app comes back from sleep and connects to the device. then goes back to sleep when you shut it down. so basically you don`t give much attention to your tablet while you drive.
then the diagnostic man ,there is no special mode for it. you bring both your android device and the obd1read to a troublesome car you probably don`t own. you plug the obd1read to the diag box, then connect with it using the app. you do your diagnostic job with the engine running while you fidle around the engine bay looking at your phone as needed. quite useful when starting an engine swap for the first time and you don`t trust the car`s gauges. proved useful for me to diag bad map sensor, incorrect STA wiring job( twice). in some cases you find problems without even taking readings on the car`s wiring harness with a multimeter. It happened to me to troubleshoot people in other countries using log files they sent me.
