Has anyone done this? Tempted to have a go myself just wondered if anyone had done it before?

Well I attempted it

She was in a sticky horrible state

Brushes were worn heavily

Old and new side by side

And here she is after a full clean and with the new parts swapped out:

just got to reinstall it once all this rain has passed and see if it works. Wish me luck
