I asked fensport to install a fuel pressure sensor today that fits into the fuel pressure regulator. Hoping to have an alarm signal if something goes strange. Also could show early warning if my pump starts to under perform, tho the AFR might show this sooner.

Car looks great by the way. Nice a low.

Mine was totally fine....then started the car and it literally fired fuel into the intake at 3.5bar!!! [Shocked]

As long as you don't buy the new AEM one i'd say you'll be ok. Mine was a freak accident!!

Yeah it's probably slightly too low as the exhaust flexy catches on speed bumps.

I'm going to get them raise it up when i get it corner weight in the next month or so.

So it was actually dry on Saturday morning for once, so i took the t-bar off and went for a decent run..............my god it was cold, but it was worth it just to hear the screamer pipe! Took a few pictures while i was out......... o and she has passed her MOT with flying colours.

Once the MOT was done, i got them to balance the front wheels as i had crazy vibrations at 70mph since doing Blyton Park.......looks like all the wheel weights had flown off one of the wheels! All sorted and vibration free again!

Next on the to do list is bleed the brakes as the pedal is really spongy, again after Blyton park!

Had the car corner weighted at a race team near york. The car feels so much better now!

I was surprised to find that with the full interior + spare wheel and a full tank of fuel she came in at 1252kg, not too bad for a t-bar. So pretty much the exact same weight as my old moonroof MR2.

Also had the r888r fitted to set of stock rev 3 wheels, so shes going to look very stock on track [Wink] [Laughing]

I also gave the brakes a bleed and they do feel better, one of the caliper nipples was screwed so i've ordered another set, once i get that fitted i'm hoping the pedal will improve further after another bleed up.

Cadwell park was great, the car was perfect all day.

Here is a quick video, turn the volume up for full screamer pipe enjoyment.

very cool.
does very much sound like on boost compressor surge, is this just due to mic not picking up correctly?

Chucked the car on a dyno to see what she was kicking out as the car was road mapped. I knew the car was fast and i don't chase numbers at all i always go on how a car drives but i thought.....why not.

So at 1.4-1.5bar she kicked out 405 bhp and 390 torque

Then at 1.7-1.8 460bhp and 420 torque.

Then my bloody laptop ran out a battery and i didn't get a run at 2bar sadly. But still very happy with the results and would be knocking on the door of 500bhp at 2bar on a sidemount [Cool]

Wow nice [Applause]

What CR are your pistons, nothing seems too outrageous in your spec sheet for such a good number.

When does your boost come in AR?

I concur, my GT3076 used to make that noise, Gen 2 and above have anti surge, so no noise from mine now.

Is that a Garrett turbo you have Daniel?

It's running a GT3082R. Boost starts to build quickly at 4k and then your off around 4,500.

This has anti surge as well. [thumleft]

I'm not sure on the CR actually, just went off what Si at YVS recommended.

Even Si said he was very impressed with how this car and power have turned out. Think he has a soft spot for it [Shhh]

Nice progress mate, Love the Cosmos Blue !

About to pull the trigger on finishing my engine build with YVS and Fensport
mapping this spring. Be interesting to see what sort of power I end up with
also. Like you I'll put it on a dyno after just to see.
