Hi, yes it's behind the high street by the new forest centre and coach park. As you come down the high street you turn right before the Costa coffee.

Regarding 28 attending... I've had 28 confirm they are going. As for paid, I don't know as some are paying at the gate. We shall see what happens.

Also I will get the IMOC poster printed off this week to hand out to you all.

The list below is the people that said they are coming. However I'll be surprised if all turn up. I have booked 30 places and printed off 30 posters for IMOC so if the 2 you know want those last 2 places then they can come along to the meeting place at Lyndhurst for 8am. Then can come in with us on the stand.

Some info for those who are planning on going but don't have a ticket yet.


Few options

1. Buy online and print your tickets tonight

2. Arrive at beaulieu before 8 they will be selling tickets but gates wont be open

3. Meet at lyndhurst with those who are going and buy tickets on the way in


Look like a few will be doing the last option I have spoken to the organisers and everyone will remain as a group on the way in so people buying tickets on the gate won't be left behind.


Had quite a bit of rain today but forecast says the majority of tomorrow should be fine with light showers at mid-day so with a bit of luck weather shouldn't be a problem.
