Basically, it lost compression in cylinders 3 and 4 due to a small coolant jet in the head being blocked and causing the head gasket between 3 and 4 to fail.

All it needs is for someone mechanically minded to pressure wash the block clearing the jet, put a new head gasket on there and you're good to go.

As an aside, there's a slight pit in the blocked on the outer edge of cylinder 4 but that doesn't seem to affect it.

The head was skimmed only a couple of years ago when I got the head gasket done so you probably won't need to do that again.
