TCB Parts - Not so good

Seeing as we must split out opinions.....

Bought £120 worth of goods at 4:30pm

Called up to cancel at 8:30 on the button the next morning to cancel. Explaine dI had worked on the car all evening which was now known to be a dud.

Rudly said that I had to pay 10% (£12!!!!) for "writing up the paperwork". They hadnt even packed or selected my order.

In the end despite admitting that I was legally entitled to a FULL refund they kept £7.50.

Fed me a load of bull about 3% charges on debit cards each way (its 20p).

Not impressed - used these guys for business in the past and won't anymore.

Very rude and arguementative. Cut a guy some slack.... I was polite, explained and apologised for the inconvenience - but its business, boys.

Bullsh!t baffles brains.
