I've had the speaker whine coming from my active system

Then realised it could be do with the pin out on the autoleads ISO etc, ended up just bypassing the iso for the RCA's and cured the problem.

however, every day when the car starts the speaker noise is there, but if i flick the heater from on/off quickly the noise goes for the rest of the journey??

Could anyone electrical please educate me on why this is happening? Does flicking it on/off cause a spike which then earths the system??
