I believe that as there has been no response for three days, you should be aware that it is a resounding no!

Dear Sir/Madam,

If like oneself, you are attending the magisterial event that is JAE, then you will no doubt be donning your finery and best bib and tucker to partake of this years theme.

Though quite frankly given previous years it'll be a darn good sight to see people dressed properly for once!!

This years theme will be running all day on the Saturday, we may even take an organised amble around the grounds. So please everybody, from Saturday morning if you will.

Warmest regards,

Col. Mordecai Harrumph (rtd)

Col. Mordecai Harrumph (rtd)

Thank you for reminder, keeping standards of attire to the correct level,

would the Colonel, be thinking of escorting some fine young filly, on this "amble around the grounds" forgive me but have you so soon forgotten the incident with Lady Haversham Cum Loudley and the ensuing fracas>

One of course shall be most pleased if the honourable Colonel, would join myself & young Thrapnacker IV, for tea and scones next to the croquette lawn.

I would like to discuss with you, my latest acquisition of reading material, "A Gentleman's Guide to Motoring" also i will bring along from the Chap himself, Mr Gustav Temple & Vic Darkwood's, fine literary work "Around the World In Eighty Martinis" for your delectation.

I would of course would be happy to recant the indecent with the Vicar, the headmistress, (St Wolds in the Downs, school for young ladies) the large ladies knickers and the geisha girl!

As i am sure it would give the Colonel, some light entertainment, knowing the Colonel's rather rumbustious sense of humour

As always Your faithful servant G Thrapknacker III

P.S. How remiss of me, and of course the bucket of custard, oh my what a jolly jap that was!!
