This year we are pleased to announce that IMOC-UK are teaming up with the GT86 BRZ Drivers club who will be having an official presence on the stand.
Dates confirmed as 4th to 7th September 2014 at Wicksteed Park nr Kettering.
Ticket prices and info as follows:

This year JAE have announced two different ticket prices dependant on the day of arrival.
It is very important you choose which ticket you would like, and indicate your choice to me.
Premium Members
Option 1 - Thursday arrival to Sunday = £35
Option 2 - Friday arrival to Sunday = £30

Tickets are priced per person, and Under 12's go free.

NON Premium Members
Option 1 - Thursday arrival to Sunday = £40 (Inc upgrade to Premium member)
Option 2 - Friday arrival to Sunday = £35 (Inc upgrade to Premium member)
Please remember to PM me if you are a regular member so that i can upgrade your account

So what does the ticket buy you.....?
The ticket gets you entry to the show, and allows you to park your Jap car on the IMOC/GT86 stand. It gets you camping for the duration of the show on the club plot. It also allows you free use of the club marquee that has been hired, generator and lighting will also be supplied free of charge to you, our valued members, and of course including our now famous Hog Roast on the Saturday night. If you have not been before see some of the past events and pics to see what it is all about

Other details on activities, club team events etc will be announced in due course in the JAE section of the forum

Ticket Payment Details
You have 4 payment options:
1) Paypal. Our Preferred Choice Please add £1 per ticket bought to cover the paypal fee that is levied
2) Cash/cheque at your local HSBC.
3) Cheque posted to myself
4) Internet Banking

3) If you would like to pay by cheque
PM me for my home address. Once cheque is received I will pay it into the club account

Once payment has been made please PM me with your address and the amount of tickets bought and the amount you paid with so we can cross reference it off the account. If you do not do this it will delay your tickets being sent out.

The deadline for tickets is 20th August. Please ensure you pay as soon as possible in order for us to work out the catering, camping and plot size.

Just to add to this.
There is an E-Ticket option launched by JAE this year. However, by doing it this way you will have to pay a service charge PER TICKET.

To clarify, IMOC-UK will be using the traditional method of taking payment for the ticket and ordering and sending out as in previous years. However, if the deadline passes and you still want to come then the e-ticket option will be available.

For the Thursday to Sunday ticket there is a £2.83 PER TICKET SERVCE CHARGE
For the Friday to Sunday there is a a £2.60 PER TICKET SERVICE CHARGE

One quick thing Scott: has it yet been confirmed from what time we are able to get onsite from on the Thursday? Previously it has only been 3pm. Have they changed this?
