Sounds good! I like the fact they've removed aim assist on the sniper rifles, should get rid of quick scoping

Does look impressive :thumleft:

cant see much if any of that being true. they want to make money from the games so it will be blops 1 with new maps perks and guns. game play will be the same. they want to make money not loose it when customers dont like what they have changed

Thats exactly what they will do. It will be BO 1.5 just like MW3 is MW2.5. They are just very expensive over-hyped add-ons. They are not building these games from the ground up, with a brand new engine, they are just revamped games to make money, lots and lots of money from all the kids buying them. [-X

Why do they need a new engine with each new game? No point in re-inventing the wheel.

As for the game content, if you've got a winning formula, don't mess with it (too much) :)

You're right about it just being an add-on though.

..because they've been using the exact same engine, graphics, sound, layouts, fonts, annimations, colours, voice work etc etc for every game since COD4! Games need updating, redesigning, new engines etc otherwise they become stale and boring, they blend into the background and all become the same.

As for re-inventing the wheel......COD?...wheel?....not even close mate! A fun-for-5-minutes-huge-money-maker thats all it is now and has been since MW1.

Give the people what they want, and that's exactly what Activision are doing :thumleft:
Although I wish they'd to it cheaper, as they really are just add-ons #-o

Fun for 5 minutes? MW1 came out 5 years ago \:D/

And they've tweaked the engine with each new release :)

I've been playing cod online since cod 2 was fresh out. Went to 10th prestige on Cod4, MW2 and now I'm 11th prestige on MW3. I love the infinity ward cods as you can tell

I don't find them boring in any way, I'm never off the bloody thing

As for the engines, don't really care. If it ain't broke, don't fix. I reckon the graphics are fantastic too :thumleft:
