Engine oil, power steering fluid and engine coolant

Post by paulcas »

Hi,
can anyone advise on which type/grade engine oil, power steering fluid and coolant I should use for my mark 3 2002 please.

Haven't an owners manual as yet :? :)

Regards
Paul

A fully synth of 15W50 will be fine (I've tried thinner oils but the 1ZZ gets a bit rackety if you do, if you can live with that then a 5W-30 will be good) as long as it's a decent brand which means NOT Magnatec garbage. Toyota Red coolant is as good as any and is fairly cheap from any main dealer, and I have no idea about the power steering fluid as I've never had to touch it.
