[Mk2] [Turbo] wheel offsets (again)

Post by slipping clutch »

Hi all, running late today and as such dont have much time to spare on various sites looking at wheel calculaters.
17 inch 8.5 and 9.5 wide front and rear with an offset of 42 where would these put me in terms of my coil over suspension and wheel arches? many thanks and sorry for the rushed post.

On the same vein, what are peoples thoughts on the optimum wheel size and width for a rev 4 (with a tubby transplant) running about 280ish BHP.

I am also going to be fitting arch extensions and, as such, would that alter your recommendations?
