I've just completed an install myself on my Rev3, using only a pair of ramps, socket set, screwdrivers, knife, vice, drill, hammer and doing it outside.

All the info to complete the job is on here, every topic is covered, just use the search facility, or browse back through the topics.

The job does take quite a while, allow a weekend and take your time the nose needed to come off for me, although others without aircon have managed it without removing it.

You need to get under the car to route the pipes, not good if you are claustrophobic etc, and the undertrays need to come off.

If you feel unsure

I could have saved a few quid by using the Demon Tweeks IMOC discount, and perhaps some from Mr T.

Oh, and don't forget Rory's temperature sensor mod to keep it in check, well worth the

Very comparable to a good Air/Air Intercooler price wise, read other posts for performance comparisons.

Many thanks to the people who thought of and developed this mod
