Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] brake woes

About 30 miles west of birmingham. Its not the AC valves, on the left hand side where the ABS is there is a bleed valve just to the left hand side and ontop of the wheel arch there is a cylinder about the size of a coke can with a bleed nipple on the end, both connected into the brake system

[Mk2] [Turbo] brake woes

](*,) Got the end of my tether. I recently changed the front brakes, calipers and discs, for some rotora's from a member and for the last few weeks i have been trying in vein to get them bled. First i was using a piece of pipe with a non-return valve in it that has worked for me on various cars, but...

Re: Mark 2 Import Insurance?

What if the DVLA registered the car in the UK as a GT TBAR when it's a GT TURBO TBAR? Not my fault, it's how i brought it and it is a GT TBAR, the word turbo doesn't appear on every turbo logbook i'm sure. Had an Audi A3 1.9 TDI which just read Audi 1.9 Diesel. Ignorance is bliss  It is the ca...

Re: Full beams - mot failure

Sounds like the switch for the full beam isnt locking in. Could be that the switch has loosened or grease is getting inbetween the contacts. Had that with another car, just cleaned it up and away to go.

Re: refurb and sprayed my wheels, calipers & lights !

I do like the tinted lights but on a red car i think that the rounded rears polished up would look good. Not sure which revision they are off though.
