[Mk3] [Generic] Mk3 - Space saver size?

Post by lexsum »

I have bought a mk3 which has no spare wheel!! (and no bolt.) Would a space saver from a Mk2 be the correct figuration as I can get one of these very cheap from a scrap yard but am having trouble finding a mk3 one? the mk3 has stock wheels.

i am grateful for any assistance.

A mk2 space saver would be no use as it uses a 5-stud pattern and the mk3 uses a 4 stud pattern.
The mk1 uses the same 4 stud pattern and PCD though.

:-k

I know that GTS Chris is currently breaking a couple of mk3's at the moment.

Might be worth dropping him an email for a wheel and a retainer bolt?

Hope this helps.
