ITS BACK!

Like a phoenix from the flames of 2006 rises the new and improved Guildford meet, the first of 2007 on 25 February.

The start time is going to be 11.30 to take into account daylight and driving time, also there is an intention to leave for the pub at 12.45 - 13.00 (sharp - no waiting) to ensure we have plenty of time to get there.

The start place for the meet is to be at the Spectrum Leisure Centre to make it easier to get out of the start venue. Details here:

Guildford Spectrum
Parkway
Guildford, GU1 1UP
01483 443 322
www.guildfordspectrum.co.uk

The pub we will be going to is yet to be confirmed but is likely to be The Seven Stars (GU32 3PG) near the A272 / A3 to make it easy for all to get home.

For a bit of added spice to the Guildford meet we should have some chaps / chapettes from PlanetMX5 joining us for the run and for some food. Have spoken to the founder of the Forum and a few of the members and they are keen to hear more about the engine swops being undertaken as well as a comparison of tuning products / advice.

Please add your name in the usual manner and lets make the first Guildford meet of the year a big one.

I might come to this if possible as it is my 25th the day before [Dancing] and I might still be a bit (lets just say) under the weather [Mr. Green] . Do you also realize there is a RWYB at the POD

RMYB was posted after the Guildford Meet so didn't know.
The events cater for two different aspects of MR2 ownership and we normally get a good turn out at Guildford regardless of the weather / other events.

They are a really good bunch and I think it should make it a good meet.
Practically had them salivating when we've been discussing engine conversions.
