lo all
i have started a new thread so please reply only if you are interested in the border wings, the last thread seemed to trail away from it with other people posting different stuff on it, need to keep track of whos interested
if you are interested just lmk, i dont want members starting other topics on the thread, makes it easier for me to see who's interested in them instead of trawling through all the replies and only about 4 were relevant to topic.
so if interested pm or leave on thread and lmk what style you prefer, so far it seems to be the vented ones on the mtte website
once i get enough people interested i will order them and get them made up by styling fx
they are phoning me next week with a price
border wings reply on thread only if interested please

wings
very interested- any rough idea on the price please
Re: border wings reply on thread only if interested please
defo intrested any idea on the price yet?
Re: border wings reply on thread only if interested please
trying to organise with this guy iof we can buy some broder wings and have replicas made up in carbon fibre or fibreglass. If we went ahead with this the price would be around 180.00+ vat
(altho may be a little higher due to cost of original wing, shouldn't be to much extra tho)
What do you guys think? I like the wings but have planned for verything else in carbon so thought why not make these in carbon

in the future i want to get a carbon fibre bonnet but i think the wings may look out of place ???? or just me?
Re: border wings reply on thread only if interested please
There is another group buy happening at the moment doing the border wings for £170 in carbon.
They need the original ones from japan though to make the mould, so its probably going to be best to team up with that group buy.
I think everyone would prefer these in carbon, even if they are going to be sprayed its still loads stronger than fibreglass.
