Not looking to take anything away from you but there is no such thing as a "millennium edition" MR2. It's possible that it's been confused with the Anniversary edition (1995 in Japan, 1996 in the UK) because of it's colour.

Anniversay edition cars were available in Lucerne Silver or Blue only, the silver cars being the rarer as this was the only version of the car to carry that colour. From the description you've given of your MR2, you have a black roof over a lucerne silver body - a combination known as "Sonic Shadow".

To the best of my knowledge, all anniversay edition cars were normally aspirated and fitted with the following upgrades:

Momo Steering Wheel
Momo Gear Knob
Bilstein Suspension (borrowed from the turbo model)
Anthracite Wheels
Anthracite bonnet and boot badges
Stainless Steel Sill Plates

UK models also had wood (effect?) steering wheels and were numbered 1 - 125.

Note badge on ashtray, they had the same badge on the engine cover.

And a bit more on the J-Spec:

I believe the bonnet badge is the same as the one used on the Supra if anyone fancies changing theirs - part number 75314-14010 and about £12.
