well i'll be fitting the v6 (3vz-fe) into a mk2 which will then be up for sale,so if anyone fancies owning a mk2 V6 let me know.

Im fitting the v8 because its a challenge,it has enough torque to relocate a small house and well...cos its a v8!

I dont care about the numbers or power figures to be honest,we all know the 3s canbe tuned to 700bhp and ive installed plenty of them into mk1's,its more about the challenge involved in making it work and matching suspension and brakes to suit.

A certain amount of madness is required to attempt such a swap but its all good fun really....the lex gets stripped out next week, then the fun begins.

I only meant that the £15k conversion on that website wasnt worth it.
V8 sounds good - that alone makes it worth trying to fit!
