hey, personally not too hard to give the three as I owned only 3 haha

so the last is definitely the peugeot 207 1.6 petrol. Nice car but first car so nothing too serious

then for the top 2 I can't give an order, but the mazda RX8 PZ and presently the mr2 turbo are both great

both have great handling japanese, and I love japanese cars (no,kidding)
RX8 had the practical qualities, the modern equipment and this engine so particular (9500rpm for the wiiin).
The MR2 has this kick with the turbo, the old school design, is also rather practical for a couple. And the T-bar 8)

Really love both of them

I've only owned Rev2 MR2's so my list is a clean sweep for Toyota :D

Of the few other cars I've driven the Mercedes C250 & E350 AMG Sports were very quick but far too insulated from the environment.

The other really memorable one was a hire car I drove through South Africa.
T'was a brand new, Hyundai Elantra GLS. It topped out at 125MPH but it was a lot of fun.

I have owned pretty much every 80s-90s cars going lol.

My top 3 is:

Current MR2 Rev 2 Turbo (obviously lol)
Renault 5 GT Turbo
Escort RS Turbo Series 2 (Ive had a few of these including a cabby version i built)

However, i also loved my Fiesta Mk2 XR2 which i wished i had dropped an rs turbo engine into as the time too but instead went with twin 40s.

Yep. Practical, park it anywhere and not worry about it. Drive it in all weathers. No leak or rust issues to worry about. German build quality. Cheap to insure and maintain.

What he really means is that's it's kind on his wallet, I've a wee twingo that i use for shopping and work but i still park it in the cormer of the carpark, you always worry because it doesn't matter the car, those people that don't give two ***** are still driving about living their lives and bashing those doors :(

p.s. You really don't want to get me started on german build quality and their 4000% profit margins, ](*,) ](*,)

Yeah, it's certainly a cheap car to knock around in. I don't park it in the corner of car parks though, just wherever there's a space. I don't leave it and worry about door dings etc.

My golf is 15 years old, well built, zero rust and still drives perfectly. Recaro seats and huge boot space with the parcel shelf out and back seats down.

1992 Alfa Romeo 33 Permanent 4 Cloverleaf. Sooo much fun in a light little car. No issues, Recaro seats as standard and outstanding road holding.

1993 Nissan Pulsar GTiR. More giggles than any other car ever. 411hp :D

The 3rd is hard. very tight between rev4 MR2 or 944 turbo. I think the MR2 is the better car and it's now much faster too. But despite the weird driving position the 944 was a great car.
