My White Mk2 NA revision 1

Post by Darkzy433 »

Hey guys.

Picked this up a couple of weeks ago, for a very nice price. Needs a little work doing i.e. Suspension struts, but as I'm going to be getting coilovers not really a problem.

Next on the list is as said: coilovers, wheels, exhaust.

I must admit I love the sound of the japspeed but was wondering 1) if the blitz nur spec r from the turbo sw20 can be adapted to fit a n/a.

And 2) if I can be adapted how does it sound as I imagine it could sound a bit, rice? For lack of better word.

Anyway, pics.

Got 2 of us that live next door to each other haha

Yeah is a lovely car.

Recently had new sills and shock mounts which need treating due to bad paint after the work was done and also new ignition including rotor arm, coil, ht leads, plugs. Whole new exhaust (standard)

Was quiet a decent little purchase :)

Well today the first problem arose... my front undertray needs securing and I have a puncture in the sidewall of my drivers front tyre :(

Oh well... so tyre recommendations for all weathers anyone?

Looks nice! Love a white MR2 :)

Are you planning on getting new tyres for the rev1 wheels? Personally I'd grab some cheap rev2+ 15" wheels or upgrade to 16" and slap new tyres on them.

Toyo T1R are a decent reasonably priced all rounder :thumleft:
