£50-75 = turbo check and balancing from a specialist
£50 = chinesium t3 adapter
£100 = set aside for proper hoses, gaskets, studs etc

If you use the Chinese built rubbish expect the CHRA itself to end up just like those pictures above in a very short time. The bearings most definitely do not last well. The housings themselves though, yeah sure most likely fine.

and to get a billet wheel put on an existing CHRA and balanced is £300 (as quoted by 3 companies).

The adaptors I could find at the time again were mamba, about £95 plus import tax (yes you do get stung using them)

That's also external wastegaste, so there's that to consider, then the downpipe (which you'd have to get made up as the Chinese turbo is on some 4 bolt pattern) downpipe £400, wastegate £300.

We're up to £1500 already for a knockoff chinese kit that's questionable.

think i'd rather pay the extra £500 or so for the real deal!

$390 dollars plus import, VAT etc. add another $200 for a non screamer

I was quoted £400 for one to be made when mine cracked.
