My first Mr2 project

Post by SeanSw20 »

've always wanted a mk2 mr2 and when one turned up at my local scrap I had to have it.

It's a m reg, Rev 3, 2.0 Gt UK model.

It was looking ready to be scrapped when I got it and definitely the worst condition car I've ever took home.

Managed to pick up a turbo engine cover, drivers mirror, rev1/2 boot lid,
a petrol cap cover and some other little bits.

I had no idea whether it would start or not so got a new battery for it and tried to turn it over. Starter wouldnt engage with flywheel.
