[Mk2] [Turbo] removing coolant flow to intake manifold

Post by pbmr2 »

Hey all,

Just doing a turbo transplant and was wondering if anyone is running without the small coolant flow to the throttle body?

Would like to remove these pipe to tidy up the install but wonder how it will really effect cold running.

Not expecting it to be too bad without it, maybe just take a little longer to warm up in the mornings?

Have done this on other turbo cars but never the 3s-gte, all advise, views and experience welcome.

Cheers.
