Can anyone tell me how to set up the idle screw on the top of the maf sensor ?
I'm trying to figure out a dodgy idle / bogging down problem and found that my maf idle screw is all the way in.
Is there a guide on how to set it up or a factory position for this ?
The car is a rev 2 turbo standard apart from a metal head gasket upgrade.
Cheers Joe.

Hi
If it's a stock rev 2 it has an AFM rather than a MAF.
If that's the case and you want to adjust it, look for two numbers stamped on the AFM housing near the adjustment screw.
Once you've found those add 10mm and that gives you the depth the top of the screw should be below the casing top measured in mm.
eg. if the numbers stamped are 5 and 1, the top of the screw should be 15.1mm below the top of the casing surrounding it.
There used to be a guide on the mr2oc site, but the link I have no longer works, so you'd need search for it. But that's essentially it.
