Toyota MR2 1994 GT T-Bar 3sgte Rev3

New Parts
Alternator + Belt
Thermostat
Temp sendor sensor
Samco turbo hoses and clamps
Blitz dumb valve Super sound / Also have original and pipe work
Berk Exhuast system / Flexi and back box no damage at all
Boost gauge in dials / also have standard
Windscreen
Red LED’s in dash and heater controls

March 2015 (78,163)
Timing belt
Waterpump
Engine Oil + filter
Air filter

Sep 2014 (77,817)
Pads and disc’s all round
Horn

Car was running fine until it started to overheat,
Compression test was carried out with readings:
Piston 1 (drivers side) - 152
Piston 2 – 152
Piston 3 – 148
Piston 4 (Passenger side)– 148

Pressure test was carried out on coolant system with no leaks.

*My last thought was head gasket, so I started to strip down the engine where I discovered that cylinder 2 had cracked between cylinder 3*

No obvious signs of any other damage to pistons etc

Bodywork has signs of age with the odd dent and mark. The driver’s side does have a two-tone look as the car did have a semi paint job from previous owner no rust
Seals have been replaced
Standard alloys – fronts have plenty of tread but rears are worn
Toad alarm Cat1
Kenwood radio
MOT unitl October
Service history stamps from 24,000 miles to most recent 78,162 miles roughly every 10,000 miles
Engine components are standard including turbo
GT spec – which includes steering fog lights, retractable wing mirrors, aircon, half alacanta seats with no ribs but scuffs on drivers side,

Car will have to be taken on a trailer as engine is apart, everything that is required for the engine is included including bolts which are bagged and labeled.

Car was running perfect with no issues except it overheated. Have videos of car running if required please PM me

Ideal project looking to sell car as a whole rather than breaking with plenty of good parts

When you say "everything that is required for the engine is included" do you mean you have sourced another block to replace the cracked one?

A block is about 200 quid.

For 1800 quid this is very cheap! Someone snatch it up....
