Distributor set up

Hi all, me again, apologies but a lot going on in the project!

I've replaced the distributor seals but stupidly didn't make the block etc (plugs are fine and in correct order)

SO I now have a distributor ready to go but no real idea of the setup etc. I've put it in once and the car struggled to start and when it did it sounded truly awful.

It definitely will need time checking etc.....

Any advice would be great.....

Set cylinder one to tdc, line up the marks on the dizzy, shove her in and hope for the best.
