I love it how here, people like lower specs, which is what wind up windows are on an MR2! It's rare because most people spec electric windows, but it was an option in Japan.

Mind you my AE86 has wind up windows but an electric sunroof, they do go up and down very quickly though which is the real bonus, so preferable over electric in that respect.

I think the MK2 'G' model import had wind up windows. Super rare. I'd swap my electric ones out for wind up windows in a heart beat!

Apprently my 87 Tintop SC came with windy windows, no spoiler, only side splats no skirts, but has electric mirrors...there weren't many boxed ticked on that spec sheet!

Looking well Ollie!

i have a set of manual winder mechanisms in the garage to fit to mine :D

got them when i was obsessed with making it lighter. now i would just settle for a little reliability!
