must see roadster

Post by Amz91 »

I'm selling my loved MR2,
I brought her off Mattperformance
(known mr2 specialist) and he has looked after her since for me.

MOT till march 2016
(Passed first time the last three times and if there was ever an odd advisory it has been sorted)

97800 miles (at the minute still in daily use)

Engine was rebuilt in 2011 with a new clutch fitted.
Receipt present
(With the engine only being 4 years old the mileage on that is remarkably low at around 20000 I would have to double check to be exact)

Alloy wheels refurbished

Vogtland lowering springs
(Fitted by Matt 4wheel geo tracking ect)

gutted pre cats,
Markii pipe
devs door sills
MR2 leather armrest
JDM bonnet badge
sp body brace
edge speakers
powder coated alloys
Front and rear ROC drop links
Fl side vents
Fl bumper inserts (not fitted)
Pagid discs all round
Green stuff brake pads all round.
Toyo proxes all round.

Upgrades such as the underbrace, markii pipe, fl door arms and heaters, fl side vents and devs door sills ect will be sold separately depending on price.

Usual stone chips on bonnet, few small light scratches could be found on close up inspection.
(to be expected on a 15yr old car)

I would of been replacing the soft top (£160) but seen as though Im going to sell there's no point the top has patches either side and a tear at the top of one side (no leaks).

Il be completely honest I really wouldn't be selling this car if I could afford to run two cars, it's been an absolute gem for me and because I brought it off matt and have had him maintain her it's reassuring.
Feel free to ask me any questions.

The only downside to this car is the soft top and sometimes makes a noise when the Ariel is raising otherwise I have total faith in the performance and reliability of this car.

Inbox me for more details and pictures.

There is irony about sticking it up as a must see roadster then not posting pictures.

Yes I saw that.. but i never understand why people don't put pictures in the thread. It is less effort for people looking to buy.

Its absolutely imperative that when marketing anything, make the whole purchase process as easy as possible for the buyer.

Remember people are impatient and if the required information isn't served up immediately they will quickly go to your competition, in this instance any other roadster sale on any other website.

Its easier to search for another roadster (in this instance) than draft up a message asking for pics.

However, ill do you a favour being the nice guy I am.

Hi, im interested in your roadster, can you please send pictures to xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks.

I'm a grammar Nazi, this alone has lost a potential sale

It's a sales ploy. No ZZ has generated this much interest before.

She. Seller's name is Amy. And becoming a premium member allows you to post pictures, regardless of post count.

Actually just lol'd at these replies, I didn't check back for replies to the post because presumed I'd only get inbox messages for the pictures ect (which some people have) and with the inbox messages I get notifications by email.
I've tried posting Up the pictures on here but struggling, think it might be because I'm trying on my phone.
Il see if I can copy and paste them for a post in put up on a different forum...
