Hello the community,
I am new on your forum. I just bought a 2003 Spyder with 27'000 KM
I love it but I want to install a new radio. I have found on Ebay a Toyota Touch & Go radio coming from a RAV4, very nice radio with Bluetooth, touch screen and so on.
I have dismounted the old radio and connected the new Touch to the 10 and 6 pins connectors. The radio starts, I have all the menus, I can configure but I HAVE NO SOUND !
As I have also a 2013 Toyota Yaris, I install my my head unit, and I have sound.
What is the problem on the MR2 Wiring ?
I am really lost, can you help me ?

Re: Install a Toyota Touch & Go radio into a MR2 Spyder
Is your 2003 Spyder pre or post facelift?
On the post facelift (the 'fisher price' stereo rather than the sony one) there is a 3rd connector with I think 10 pins but only 2 wires in it which needs to be connected sometimes for everything to work. It's where the CD changer plugs in but without the CD changer there is a plug in the car to go in the same socket.
