[Mk2] [Turbo] speaker adaptors without need to mod ?

Any one ever bought adaptors to fit aftermarket speakers front and rear which were simple plug and play no mods required to trims or door cards.

Hi I just wondered if you ever found an off the shelf adaptor for the speakers in the doors that actually fits?

I tried the Autoleads SAK-2912 which seems to be about the only one advertised for the mr2 and the holes to bolt it to the door are miles out.
