Tensioner leaking oil

Post by aguiloco »

Hi, anyone knows the exact dimensions of the o-ring from the time chain tensioner? I want to get a good quality one before dissasembling my leaky tensioner.

Thanks a lot.

That is the better one. There's no particular issues with them and they're cheap enough as well as guaranteed to fit, so why get something else?

The matter is that at my work I can order a variety of materials like O-rings and is free for me.

I just came from de dealer and now they are selling the complete tensioner, not the spare o-ring... more than 37€

To answer your question...

The O-ring is 22.4mm ID & 3.5mm thick.
