alloy rad???

hi all!!!

a quick Q does any one know where i may be able to get hold of a (direct) replacment rad in alloy???

have seem lots and used 2 on previous cars but am having no luck finding one to fit the MK1??????

any one help???

I got one made up by PACE - but it cost £600....

Since they've already made one though might be worth a go.

Why as a matter of interest? It's even overkill on the twincharger!

You do realise that the stock rad doesn't really weight that much?

I've done the weight saving thing with my last MR2, tbh you want to remove weight from the rear or cabin rather than the front.

£600 for a rad ! how much weight saving was there? or was it just a case of have it because i can? i cant see the saving is worth that much money. whens the beast being unleashed? i hear the bill has got up to £20000 is that just rumour?

Yes a few...

I've had the car 5 years though guys, it's not like I sploshed it all in one go!

Mind you, I haven't put in things I bought, put on then took off again or never used and sold for less or sit in my garage, LOL
