I hadnt used my xbox online for months until the other day, and was amazed at the differences and all the features that are now available on it, games to download etc. In fact it really is getting quite impressive thesedays. Home games consoles really are turning into true `home entertainment systems` with the games, t.v, films and music. Xbox has really got me back into playing games and I havnt really had this much interest for about ten years since I was 17ish playing Playstation 2.

fanboyism right there lol, the ps3 xmb is so much easier to use than the nxe dashboard! the old blades style was the best on the 360 and they destroyed it with nxe.
the ps3 xmb is much nicer/simpler to use-

not really i just stated that the xmb is easier to use and that the best dashboard has been the 360 blades lol

For me the PS looks far prettier and far more modern, but the 360 is just simpler to use and to find what you're after. Horses for courses, I guess.
I haven't seen the new 360 dash yet on purpose, as I want to be surprised one way or another when it eventually arrives on my console. Kinda the same reason I don't view teaser vids for games I really want, I guess.

Its clearly based around the windows phone concept, looks like microsoft are trying to standardise the look across platforms.

Regardless of your opinions of the PS3 and its dashboard you can not say that the video posted at the top is nothing like it 
I don't want to put up any spoilers and make Ekona cry but if you've seen the PS3 then you can understand that this is the same concept.
Regardless of the outcome of the new dashboard(as I believe the leak is that old that MS will make sure its not that similar in the end) I'd like Ekona to come back on here after the 15th, watch the vid at the top and give an opinion
