In a nutshell Xxxx was a respected member/trader then decided to make up a fraudulent quarter mile slip and post it on IMOC claiming to have the fastest MR2 in the universe.. got caught out, tried to blag it, got laughed out of town then banned. Came back under a few bogus ID's, laughed at and then banned again. He pops up every now and then with a dodgy car forsale, most recently with a REV1 Automatic which he was trying to pass off as a REV 5 turbo due to a DVLA mixup with the number plate.

Hope that helps k k k kenny!

I thought it was a bit of a crazy claim and even madder price tag. Hey ho, I will stick with my Rev1 forged 350bhp, haha.

lol, sad thing is that the car does look quite good. i have read the previous posts about this guy and you have to ask why!
why rip people off, why ask an extortionate amount for the car.
he should know that you never get any where near what you spend modifying a car. i spent the best part of £30K on my rolla i sold everything bar the engine, ecu and guages for £1850. he needs to get in the real world

For 13 grand you would expect the interior to look absolutely belled up aswell though wouldnt you. Oh, the price may INCREASE when it gets nearer to summer??

It does LOOK good.. But for that money i would have to have seen it stripped to the bare shell, any rust sorted, plenty of tlc and time taken over all the new bits that went on and be satisfied that nothing was rushed or bodged and I`d expect it to drive like a new car.

Problem is, with all the stories I have heard about the seller, I would not trust him to have actually brought the car upto the standard the asking price warrants.

MR2 rev3 Turbo 700bhp Machine now 200mph plus

Post by duvvaduvva »

WOW!
MR2 rev3 Turbo 700bhp Machine now 200mph plus
200mph is such a hard nut to crack, even by some of the most prestigious super car manufacturers in the world!
But hey you have cross drilled discs and red stuff pads to stop you.
AAAAHHAAAA!
With a bit of luck a set of x50 ceramic brakes will appear next,I hope so for the sake of the buyer.

Oh and it's Cryogenic hardening.
