Phil, it was a pleasure to see you and for me, JAE just is not the same without you, so it was a pleasant surprise when you arrived and as usual you did not dissapoint! :+:

PS. Hope the ankle gets better and the tax disc isn't too much a PITA.

Phil, you are a ledge my friend. Love the improvised fancy dress and the fact you fed me pork and pesto with prob no idea who i was. There are some people in life that are born to entertain, i think you're one of them.

Another pair of thankyous from me and Michelle

(Moonraker and a big White cat.....)

Mish really enjoyed herself and wanted me to say how welcome everybody made her feel despite having nothing to do with the club, and not having a clue what to expect.

You all really made her (and my) weekend.

THANK YOU :thumleft:

Si, it was great to see you again, can't believe it's been three years since we convoyed down from the NW.

Great to meet Michelle too, fantastic costume. :+: Mind the Moonraker was very clever though I must admit to wondering what was going on when you first appeared donned in bums and rakes!

Erm...now I'm feeling somewhat more human(ain't snakebite great?? lol), some vast thanks from myself...

Was so nice to be welcomed by everyone, both new faces(for me, anyway), and old alike!! :)

Simply stunned by the level of organisation...vast respect to everyone involved, especially Scott...you deserved that award chap!! :thumleft:
As did both clubs, obviously... ...'scuse the pun, but...'nobody does it better'... #-o :eye:

So surprised to see so many Adubbers arrive with cars in 'less than perfect' spec...true JAE sprit, that(made me wish I could have bought the old timer)!!
(Also so surprised most were coupes, and not T-bars...nice... )

Finally, thanks to Oukie(Chris), without whom I prob wouldn't have attended... ...and the Mk1club would be NOWHERE NEAR as organised...bless ya!!
