MR2 takes RWD 1/4, Top speed and 1/4 shootout wins :)

Post by greeny »

I won the RWD 1/4 mile fastest time, RWD top speed, and the RWD shootout finals!

Well happy, as it was missfiring all day and especially in the finals/top speed run, but was still fast enough to take the win for the MR2's!

Need some more MR2's competing next year!

Cheers, Michael.

Cheers lads :thumleft:

Need some more MR2's there next year though!

Best weekend ive had with the car by far, and would like to thank everyone that came and helped and is involved with the car!

On top of winning the rwd 1/4, top speed and shootout finals i also manged to get a personal goal of mine of running a 10 sec run on street tyres, doing a 10.9@141mph! So that was a nice bonus too!

Yeah it was a straight final as the Westfield and Dax both withdrew with car problems. Awesome day bro!

Thanks everyone :thumleft:

Lets try get a full team out next year!

I think if we try to focus on the drag and top speed runs and a couple of track focused cars, we may actually do quite well :thumleft:

Well done mate, i saw a few of your runs. How come you had a miss fire??

Good work smashing it up mate you must be well happy!!!

I'll 100% do it next year!!!! Handling wise that is  Thats if they actually reply to me, and let me sign up this time!!!!

Im going on the 22nd this month for the grudge match day with straightliners if anybody is up for it?? Or if you fancy trying for a 9sencond pass greeny

Its £55 for the full day and that's 1/4 mile and handling as well :thumleft:
