Japfest 2010 Midlands Convoy

Thought i would create this thread so we can sort out who from the Midlands is going to Japfest this year and Discuss times etc for a convoy there.

Pop your names down and we will agree a time nearer the date.

SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION GUYS, THIS REFERS TO JAP SHOW NOT JAPFEST - I'm aware of a group meeting at Corley services at 7.30am on the M6 & leaving at 8am via MR2OC.

MR2OC have no convoy arranged at this time that I can find for Japfest.

Link I "Finally" re-found on MR2OC refers to the Japshow Santa Pod Convoy, http://www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/50/128998.html but still nothing arranged for Japfest, are they arranging cruises to both?

I should be heading down hopefully ....so in the interim, if you would like to put your names down if you'd like to convoy down on the SUNDAY ONLY let me know.

Junction 4 Southbound M6

meeting at 7.30 am

and leaving at 8

Thats Japshow......not Japfest.

Japfest is 15th May on a Saturday ..... different show mate

Just had a look over there.....there is no Convoy thread from the Midlands but i believe there was last year.

Yes I realised that after adding my comment seems odd they've arranged a convoy for Jap Show in advance of Japfest, maybe we could look at meeting somewhere sensible like the 3 Horse Shoes Pub carpark at Pricethorpe, which is on the Fosse way itself & easy for all from Leicester/Coventry/Birmingham etc to hook up at, to then continue the picturesque run down the Fosse (being aware of all the Speed Cameras!)

Hows it going mel, well ive had a look at the OC and i cant find any convoy thread. . . . is that the same for anyone else.

So we will make our own i guess !!
