Hi can any 1 hlep please my wife has the MRS its a 1999 import it has bin running great but in the las week or so it sem to be having a little pady, when you driev it steday it is fine, but when you put you foot down and get it to rev had is seem to be hesitating as it gose up the rev range, would any1 know aht it would be? ther is now engine light on and no missin or splutering just hesitating allmost like its holding back. is only seems to have started doing this after she fild the car up with fule the other week, could it be sum water inm the fuel?

Start by looking at the MAF sensor or Mass Air Flow sensor.
This is a very common problem and often needs nothing more than a simple clean up.
