Looks like the 1st boxhill meet is gonna be on is way very soon, 19/2/05 has been agreed as the provisional date. Usual south mimms meet if no one knows the way, will find out what time. But usualy its at 11.30am and leave at 12 sharp. Any changes will let you know.

Wicked :) Anyway time we are leaving South mimms is 11.30 this is all set in motion now! So who is coming? And dont forget i will be pushing some tubbies along as this will be the last time i have the beams mr2 :P

Any Midlanders fancy going ? i fancy going for a look, DannyW have you ever been mate ? How far away is Boxhill from Coventry aprox ?

Use this link to get to boxhill, as you can see it's just off junction 8 of the m25 (from my direction anyway!)

It's on the top of a hill, box hill.

I haven't been to a meet before, but I've been up there and from pictures of other events it certainly looks like the same place!!

Correct me if I'm wrong people!

You can't do that!

That's the same date as Drag racing at the pod! 10am-8pm! You have to come to the drag racing, they'll be loads of us there!

I will be there ..if no probs till 19 feb..but i thought it was at the bottom of the hill..what time are we looking at....

It's in the parking area with the fast food place in the corner, if that rings any bells. Car parking is 50% tarmac, 50% grass.

This event has been plugged on most of the good Jap car forums, so lets pray for sunshine and hopefully 200+ cars.

Theres already about 15 mr2's committed.

A few years back ChrisMR2 came down from coventry, that day saw around 300 cars :D

i'd love to come, as i grew up in epsom and frequented box hill all the time on my motorbikes and many many times in my '2.

i envy you guys. have a rykers dogs bum burger and give those mikky bends a good whipping for me!
