With effect from next month Summer meets will be held on the second Thursday of each month from 7:30pm onwards.
This allows us to take advantage of the long, warm(?), summer evenings and recognises the fact that many members have other commitments or events that clash with a Sunday meet especially during the Summer months. When the evenings start to draw in and aound the time the clocks change we will switch back to Sunday meets and then revert back to Thursdays next year when the clocks change again.The meet location will continue to be the Wiggin Tree on Parbold Hill just off M6 Junction 25.

Meet dates up to and including the beginning of next year:
- Thursday 14th August 2008, 7.30pm onwards.
Thursday 11th September 2008, 7.30pm onwards.
Thursday 9th October 2008, 7.30pm onwards.
Sunday 9th November 2008, 12.30pm onwards.
Sunday 14th December 2008, 12.30pm onwards.
Sunday 11th January 2009, 12.30pm onwards.
A list of these dates will also be submitted to the club magazine in the North West section and should be updated to the MK1 Club Website in due course.
If you know of any members who are not regular IMOC/internet users then please pass the information on to them so they are aware of the changes as the changes may not be available in the club magazine before the next meet.
