Pre and post facelift are different subframes.

The main difference is that the post facelift has more underbody bracing, and as a result there are mounts for the additional braces on the later subframe.

You can run a pre facelift subframe on a post facelift car, you just lose the extra braces.

When mine rotted through I ran a pre facelift frame I picked up for cheap for a while until I found a decent post facelift one.
