Just time them up using the stock timing marks on the cam wheels and the head/timing belt back cover.

You need to check the clearances as this will no doubt change and you'll need a collection of shims if you have them of varying sizes.

If you are lucky you will be able to swop your shims around to make up the correct clearance for all.
