BoMeX rear diffuser

I've decided to chop off my rear grille so can no longer use my BoMeX rear diffuser

So it's up for grabs

Small crack which is hidden as the number plate covers this area

Would this still fit with a UK rear bumper and Plate? Can tell if the Jap plate fits in the cut out or over laps?
