As title really..
Should I treat as running in a new engine and work through mineral 200 miles, semi 300 miles, then a quality fully ?
The engine has been sat for 7 years and only turned over once by hand a few weeks ago.
Open to any thoughts and suggestions
Thank you

Fantastic..
What's preference for a mildly modded tubby lump these days?
Happy to spend a couple of hundred a year

If it has sat for that long with out turning over I would
Drain oil and fuel + filters
Replace
Pull the leads off. Crank a few times to allow the oil to circulate and stop unnecessary ware

Did it start??
I'd want to change plugs, dizzy cap rotor etc. Timing belt as well.
