Hi guys,
Sounds good to me, i'll come along if i'm not working.

there isn't alot going on down here really. i went along to a jap car meet about a year ago in Southampton but nothing much since.

Even considering going to Burnin Bourmouth event at Matchams at the end of the month!!!! they have got quite alot going on there and it's only 20 mins from me.

I'm in the Basingstoke area, a meet sounds really good.
When and where were you thinking of?
I am sure there will be a few more from this area.

Not sure really, if we can try and get enough people then we can figure out a location that is central to all.

Southampton is fairly central
just saying that really because i'm a lazy man!!!
But any where would be good really.

i live near anover (tidworth garrison) i am up for meeting somewhere like, machams is good go there all the time then could hit bournmouth or something, but i am up for anything, dave

I think somewhere in Southampton would be a good idea, its central for people from both sides (eg. Bournemouth and Portsmouth) and fairly straightforward to get to. I dont really know Southampton that well so maybe some of the Southampton lads can think of good locations ? what do you think.

Quite a few big Carparks in southampton that are a possibility,
The leisure world complex has a fair size carpark and a pub on the way in there. was the location for the jap car meeting that i went to before.
unless anyone can think of somewhere else more suitable.

Yes I think i have been to leisure world the place where all the pubs, clubs and the casino. It does have a huge carpark, good posibility, what do others think ?

Yeah thats the place, Big cinema, clubs pubs, restaraunts etc.
Is a very well lit carpark for an evening meet.
What do you guys think???

Sounds good to me, what sort of days are people available, alot of the meets that i have seen seem to take place on Sunday's ? and if we are thinking of a evening meet, we could probably wait a few weeks till the nights are lighter ?

well yeah sunday evenings are probably the best for me actually.
Probably is an idea to wait a bit for the lighter evenings,
although as i metioned the lights are pretty good at leisure world.

Well we might as well get a date set so that we can see if people can make it. How about the following:

Sunday April 10th 4:00pm (onwards) @ Leisure World, Southampton

We can probable grab some food and stuff there at one of the bars/restaurants.

Let me know if you can/cant make it and we will try and re-arrange the best possible time for all.

Date sounds good to me, but i don't finish work til 6 so the earliest i'd be over for is halfpast 6, but that's cool with me if other people are still going to be there.
