Hi All,
I've always had trouble with the caliper sliders seizing. I've always used copper grease as recommended by local mechanics & in the past few years I've tried Red rubber grease but result is the same. I only use the MR2 for leisure, car shows & fine day trips. Haven't used it since last November & the sliders needed a good but of persuasion to free up.
I was googling & I saw a few people recommend red Lithium grease. What do ye recommend.

I use a copper grease for more than 20 years but only for the back of the brake pads, because this grease ruins the rubber caps. For the sliders I use silicone grease (for example Ate) as a good protection for the caps...
